His professional path began in Nepal within the export and import sector, where he developed a strong foundation in cross-border trade, negotiation, and relationship building across cultures. This early experience shaped his ability to understand people, communicate effectively, and deliver outcomes in dynamic environments.

After relocating to Australia, Bipin expanded his expertise by working closely with respected RTOs, further strengthening his knowledge in education, compliance, and client engagement. His entrepreneurial spirit then led him to establish and operate his own NDIS business, where he provided meaningful support to individuals and families, making a real difference in their lives through care, trust, and commitment.
